Runners, skiers, field sport athletes, mountaineers looking for a tailored training plan, lifting routine, and a second set of eyes on their movements.
Experienced athletes that prefer to explore their routines on their own, but would appreciate some feedback on technique via film review, or guidance with their training loads and periodization.
Beginners who would like a little more schedule flexibility, but also want to know they can reach out for support at any point in the process.

12-Week Intro/Return To Resistance Training
$100 paid in full, or $40 per month
A 12-week introductory/return to sport level training program utilizing principles from high performance training methods, including the 1x20RM and Triphasic programming approaches. Build up your base with continued support along the way via in-app messaging and video form checks as needed.
Programming delivered via Teambuildr App.
3 progressive strength training sessions per week.
2 recovery and aerobic base-building days. Alternatively, this plan pairs very well with the free Intro to Running template.
Build strength and muscle mass.
Gain mobility, balance, and athleticism.
Develop conditioning base.
Lay the foundations for explosive training and resilience in all activities.
Methodically develop quality movement patterns and self awareness.
Coaching and support available via in-app messaging, email, video form checks.
Two convenient payment options available.
Equipment requirements: access to barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bar, boxes/steps, cables machines (lat pull-down, quad extensions, hamstring curl, etc.)
